On Hostinger, MySQL is the shared database for all users/PCs. Changes auto-save to MySQL. Use Export Excel below anytime to download an .xlsx backup from the live data.

Excel Database (optional local file)

Your Excel file is the database. Tabs: Sales, Sales Items, Purchase, Purchase Items, Inventory, Products, Customers, Expenses, E-Way Bills, Stock Movements, Activity History, Settings. Create New Excel File starts a blank database (fresh entries). Link Excel File loads an existing file. Link once — every change auto-saves.
